- Monthly Retainer Refunds: Monthly management subscriptions cover active 24/7 AI hosting, telephony/chat routing, and specialist support. Unused partial months are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started, unless a service outage attributable to SwitchToAuto exceeds 48 consecutive hours.
